WeschMark Construction is a Veteran-owned general contracting business incorporated in the State of Florida in 2014 by James Wesche (licence holder) Our staff and crews bring decades of experience to bear in light commercial building, custom homes, high-end renovations/additions and capital improvements. Typically projects are structured with the principle as the primary project manager. A working supervisor or foreman is on the job from start to finish and is responsible for the implementation of the design. We've worked with our subcontractors for years, our relatioinships are built on trust and performance. After interviewing over 10 contractors we choose James from Weschmark to build our custom 3 story, stack block home. The subcontractors he works with are top notch.
